If you are seeing this page one of two scenarios has occurred.
If you just completed your purchase there was likely a missed communication from CCBill to our database. If you are from UK you may be especially susceptible to this as there is currently a bug affecting purchases coming from UK. The cause of this remains a mystery. This will require your account to be actvated manually. Please contact us to have your account activated.
If you have recently had a 30 day rebill then your rebill info has not been recieved. It is possible that your rebill has failed or has simply not processed yet. Contact CCBill to rectify this situation. You may have to update your credit card information or join again if the subscription has expired due to a failed rebill.
